The living room on the first floor features a high ceiling and full-sized glass windows that flood the space with natural light. Decorative lamps, reminiscent of wind chimes, hang from the ceiling, creating an illusion of even greater height. The overall design aims to shape a high-quality atmosphere, low-profile elegance, and taste, reflecting the owner's discerning pursuit of the art of living.

The villa's interior showcases a combination of grayish blue and white colors, exuding a sense of simplicity and elegance. The Versace tea set and Fendi desk lamp add exquisite details to the space, while the Steinway piano and Bentley Home furniture bring a touch of modernity and iconic elegance. The living room and dining room feature a door-free design, breaking the sense of estrangement and creating a harmonious flow.

The walls and floors of the show flat are adorned with grand ink painting textures, extending the neutral tone from the living room to the dining room. Visionnaire furniture and Fendi vases with a strong sense of modern art become the focal points of the space. Metal, glass, and Visionnaire paintings are superimposed to reduce the sense of spatial constraint, while a unique and free-form chandelier hangs in the air. The round carpet echoes the square ceiling, adding a touch of traditional Chinese charm.

The tearoom, situated opposite the bar, showcases Baxter's modern minimalist lines and a light taste of primitive simplicity. The superior leather used in the tearoom exudes the beauty of intertwining time and space, bearing the traces of time.

The Shenyang Simple Luxury show flat project started in November 2017 and was completed in December 2020 in Shenyang, China. The design team faced the challenge of combining artistic value and practicality in a limited space, meeting the client's aesthetic needs while integrating art into everyday life.

This 580-square-meter villa is a testament to the harmonious blend of metal, marble, leather, solid wood, and crystal, creating a simple luxury and comfortable living atmosphere. Louvre Furnishings Co., Ltd. is the creative force behind this exceptional design, which has been recognized with an Iron A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2022.
